Hi, I’m Hayley Dart. I’ve been Health & Wellbeing Coaching in the NHS since 2022 and have recently started working with private clients too - something I absolutely love.

I’m really passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves, understand the powerful mind–body connection and finally break free from yo-yo dieting and quick fixes. I believe that when you stop fighting your body and start working with it, everything begins to shift - your energy, your confidence, your relationship with food… and honestly, your whole life.

My approach is all about making you feel seen and heard. I’m here to listen, to guide you as you uncover what really works for you and to give you the tools/support you need to improve your health from the inside out.
